Incident: an incident is defined as (a)a single issue or problem that requires an UBERbase support representative to analyze or resolve; (b) a product usage question.  Incidents cannot be banked from month to month.  We reserve the right to limit each incident support call to a maximum of one hour. 

Guaranteed Response Time: available for calls received Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time, except for occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed Canadian holidays and events beyond our control.

Disaster Recovery Service: includes such areas as password recovery,  recovery of damaged files or databases.  Available for incidents that occur after the purchase of this package 

On-Site Support: available to enterprise users only for areas such as setup, extended functionality, integration, etc.  A reduced billing fee is applied on an hourly basis.

5 Incident Plan:  designed for the occasional use user.  Response time is based upon your subscribed support plan.  There is no expiration date associated with this plan.

Toll-free access: Your calls to to us are toll-free in the Canada. Excludes occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed Canadian holidays, and events beyond our control.
